Do Ramea green barriers install fences ?

Ramea green barriers do not offer installation services. However we have authorized installers in all Quebec regions. In addition, it is possible to take care of the installation by yourself with our installation guide.

What are the materials of your dried fences ?

Our fences are made of shrub willow stems woven around hot–dip galvanized steel poles.

The panel‘s structure is made of larch, oak, or hemlock.

Is it possible to fix the panels directly to the ground without making a hole? (Example, on a balcony, a patio…)

We can provide equipment for this kind of installation, but we invite you to contact one of our distributors in order to first assess the technical feasibility.

What are the panel‘s dimensions?

The standard width of our panels is 1.52 meters.

The height is 4, 6, 8 or 10 feet.

The thickness is 5 inches.

Is the lifespan different between a barkless dried panel and a natural willow dried panel?

No, lifespan is 20 to 25 years for both panels types.

Is the installation of your fences similar to the installation of conventional fences ?

Yes, our fences are installed in the same way as more conventional fences.

What maintenance is required for dried fences ?

No maintenance is required !

We do not recommend applying any varnish or other chemicals.

My neighbor is making noise, can I have a noise barrier ?

Our fences don’t have any acoustic properties.

Only our noise barriers, which are reserved for commercial or municipal customers, protect against noise.
